As a Business Banking Manager, you will grow revenue, deposits and share of wallet through origination of new small business customers to ANZ, business development, and the relationship management and retention of a set of ANZ small business customers.

Our team is highly engaged, collaborative and motivated to deliver a service proposition making ANZ the first choice for SMEs. We are business growth enthusiasts, fast paced, and work as a collective to exceed our performance measures.

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Extraordinary customer service skills and the mindset to put the candidate first
• Business prospecting, closing, and Relationship Management skills
• Understanding of Small Business markets and Small Business lending and credit analysis experience
• Strong management and negotiation capability
• High level of computer literacy and expertise in the MS Suite
• Mandarin language capability, an advantage but not required
