The Company

The Role
As an M&A analyst you will be across all deal activity - and active acquisitions from day one.  From conducting industry & specific company research, competitor analysis, running sales comparables, performing detailed due diligence, financial modelling, you will definitely add some tombstones to your CV over the next few years working here.  Depending on what is acquired, you may have the opportunity to work in the newly acquired asset/business unit in strategic roles - if that is your desired career path.  

About You
A base level of experience in M&A is expected, with a minimum of 2 years corporate finance experience gained from: front office investment banking, legal (M&A),  big4 corporate finance (M&A, TAS, DD, Vals), stock broking, or management consulting (with financial transaction experience).  You were a standout academic achiever and have performed well in the early stages of your career.
