My client is a universally recognised Global Investment Bank who have extended their market presence in ANZ over the last decade through leveraging off their strong presence in the Asia Pacific region.
In line with their continued expansion plans an opportunity has arisen in their Project/Structured Finance oriiginations team team in Melbourne. This is a newly created role which has come about due to a sustained increase in business over the last year. The role will sit at a Senior Analyst or Associate role dependant on your experience.

This newly created position allows you to leverage existing business connections and be heavily involved in the structuring and execution of transactions with the backing of an established team.
You will be be part of the team solicits new business from new and existing clients across various sectors such as - infrastructure, power and resources, including PPP’s. You will work alongside an experienced team for negotiating and structuring deal terms, provide input into credit memorandums and work on complex financial analysis and deal research/commentary.
You will actively contribute to managing key relationships with other banks, sponsors and advisors and represent the organisation to relevant industry groups and head office.

To succeed in this you will require the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor degree (Business/Commerce/Economics preferred)
- Strong Excel/modelling experience
- 1-3 Years in a Project Finance/structured finance (Energy, Natural resources, Infrastraucture PPP's)
- Exposure to complex Structured Finance transactions
- Strong analytical & Credit skills
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
