FINANCIAL PLANNER - SYDNEY CBD - $80-100K + UNCAPPED BONUS

The Business

This top quality boutique firm in Sydney CBD has a reputation as being technically strong and has a high level of ethics. Well-established, they are leaders in quality advice and their engagement with clients. With a number of teams, they run with a well-supported team and strong infrastructure so that advisers can focus on client relationships and delivering sound technical advice. They are now looking for an experienced Financial Planner to join their team.
  
The Role

Reporting into the Manager for Private Clients, you will work within a sophisticated team that takes in referrals of clients in need of comprehensive strategic advice.

The Senior Advisers who hold relationships with referral partners will ensure there is a steady flow of new clients with whom to consult and provide advice to. You will be given a portfolio of clients to manage and build out a new client book from referrals. The clients are normally High Net Worth background and are either pre-or-post retirement. There are also in-house specialists to assist with SMSF and wealth protection should you require a specialist.

You will be supported with a paraplanner and client services officers.
  
Your Experience

You are an experienced Financial Planner and likely that you are on a path to CFP (or qualified already). As a minimum, you will hold the ADFP. It is likely you hold a related Finance degree. You are well-presented, have sound relationship building skills and enjoy strategic financial planning. You have a desire to progress your career within a supportive environment and to continue to improve your skills.
