We are looking to find a highly capable, energetic and motivated person to join our Mortgage Alliance (Referrer Channel) Team as a Mobile Lending Manager.
Our Mortgage Alliance business is focused on building sustainable relationships with Referrers who are trusted professional partners to generate home loan referrals that are fulfilled by our lending managers within the network.
As a Mobile Lending Manager, you will play an integral role in the high-performing, fast-paced partnerships team driving acquisition, innovation and retention within the existing and prospective partner program of Mortgage Alliance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Business development from new & existing St. George clients and external business referrers
- Financial Analysis of customer documentation to write and structure home loan applications
- Working in partnerships with our BDM’s for lead generation opportunities.
- Managing the customer experience from application through to home loan settlement
- Building customer relationships through the provision of non-lending related banking products

- Experience within the Home Lending market
- Strong and extensive relationships and Business Development skills.
- Strong understanding of banking products, services and procedures
- Solid understanding and experience in credit procedures and policies
- Ability to work independently and in a team
