About our client

Our client is licensed through a well known Dealer group with above the board compliance and established rural client base. With an established office based in Shepparton our client is seeking for an Advisor who would like to a sea or Tree change from the City. With the opening of a new office based in beautiful Portarlington our client is seeking for an Experience Holistic Financial Planner. Most of the clients are based in Shepparton, you can relocate or you can stay in Melbourne and commute to one of their offices in Portarlington for 3 days and then travelling to Shepparton where accommodation will be paid for.

About the role

Focus on New business
Holistic Advice approach, not interested in transaction approach
Servicing the practice's existing clients
Assisting with Research and SOA preparation
Promotion and adherence to best practice compliance and planning process
Full office administration support (Paraplanning/Admin staff)

To be successful you will have the following;

Minimum 2-3 years plus experience as working as a Financial Planner
A solid theoretical understanding of financial markets and ideally, financial planning strategies
Degree Qualified, undertaking or completed the relevant studies
Drivers License
Currently registered or able to register with the Tax Practitioners Board
Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
Willing to relocate to Shepparton

This will also suit someone that is an Advisor that has many years of experience however not ready to retire, or a person running their own book of clients and want to merge with a larger practice, or someone that wants to make Financial Planning more than a career by having the opportunity in ownership in this practice. Excellent opportunity for the right person!

What's on Offer

$80,000 to $85,000 plus superannuation plus bonuses/commissions - Negotiable based on skills and experience
