Client Overview:

My client is a household name in the Australian Banking industry. Due to continual market share growth and internal promotions, this dynamic financial institution is now seeking a highly driven banker to join their Property Finance team.
 
Role Overview:

Reporting to the State Head, the incumbent will join a small but high performing team of bankers delivering complex property finance solutions to Corporate clients that predominately consist of Private Groups and unlisted property trusts. The existing portfolio is approximately 50% of capacity so the incumbent will be tasked to develop both new to bank & organic clients.  Typical funding requirements range between $30m and $300m and cover all types of property assets (Residential Development / Commercial / Retail / Industrial Assets). The incumbent will be supported by arguably the most competent and robust team of professionals (Industry & Credit Analysts / Construction Risk Managers / Property Development Managers / Economists).
  
Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Relationship Management role within Property with Corporate and/or Institutional clients.
• Ideally the incumbent will have an extensive network and a positive personal brand within the industry;
• A passion for business development and a relentless enthusiasm/energy/drive for success;
• Sound financial analysis and credit assessment skills;
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
