Our client is a leading Financial Services house with a long history of strong performance both locally and internationally. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a qualified finance professional to join the Management & Systems Accounting team in Group Finance on a permanent basis.
  

 
You will be responsible for;
 

• Support, maintenance, enhancement and leverage of global finance systems including PeopleSoft Financials
• Automation of reconciliations and onboarding reconciliations to Group
• Systems Accounting of product systems to the general ledger, and reconciliation 
• Manage finance reconciliation controls including Financial Controller and business operations reporting
• Group and Business Unit specific management accounting reports including risk-adjusted profit and cost modeling
• Enhancement and Migration of finance reporting and analytical capabilities to the Finance Services Portal (web-based and app)
• Ad hoc projects  

The ideal candidate will possess; 

• possess between 4-6 years experience as a Management Accountant in Financial Services or Chartered Accounting
• experience presenting to senior management & stakeholders 
• CA / CPA qualified (essential)
• Strong systems skills; advanced Excel + GL experience (PeopleSoft preferred)
• excellent communication skills (English written & verbal)
• a self-starter, lots of initiative and quick learner - happy to "roll up the sleeves" and get stuck in, while also possessing the ambition to develop
