About the role:

We are currently seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic Client Relationship Manager to provide professional administrative support to the wealth management activities of the business.

Working closely with the Financial Advisers, this role will see you providing high level administrative support including but not limited to scheduling client meetings, preparing documents for client reviews, diary management, administering online client surveys, maintaining client records and other general administrative tasks.

As a client facing role, you will also need to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, and respond to general client queries and requests in line with agreed service delivery standards. In addition you will need to liaise with key stakeholders to ensure all client tasks are completed within set time frames.

This is a busy role and to be successful, you will need to be hard working, resilient and committed to delivering positive outcomes for clients and colleagues.


As the successful candidate you will possess:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
  • A focus on providing quality client service with high attention to detail at all times
  • Well presented, punctual and professional
  • Pro-active, positive nature with a high level of initiative
  • Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite

The completion of relevant qualifications in Business/Commerce, Diploma of Financial Planning and/or RG146 Compliance would be advantageous. Previous experience using XPLAN CRM software would be highly regarded but is not a pre-requisite for the role.
