An exciting opportunity is available for a driven, enthusiastic and motived person to join our Product team.
As the Product Manager – SMSF solutions, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, development, management and maintenance of Australian Executor Trustees (AETs) SMSF/SAF/PMS product solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Product innovation, design and development – develop, document and implement strategies for AETs SMSF, SAF and PMS product solutions.
- Preparing business case recommendations as required, market analysis, sales and marketing support materials and product communications for internal and external audiences.
- Educating, coaching and supporting the business on AETs SMSF, SAF and PMS product solutions.
- Managing relationships – develop IOOF's relationships with external parties into long-term valuable partnerships.
- Identify opportunities to simplify/rationalise non-flagship product and improve retention of customers.
To be successful, you will possess:
- RG146 compliant
- Degree qualified preferable from one of the following disciplines: Marketing, Commerce, Business, Law or Financial Planning.
- Prior experience in a similar role managing and developing superannuation products in the financial services industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and project manage others.
- Strong ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Superannuation (including SMSF) experience and knowledge.
- Intermediate computer MS offices skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Knowledge of competitors and industry trends.
- Must be well organised, though and detail orientated.
- Excellent communications and influencing skills.
