Reporting to the Regional Manager you will provide positive onsite leadership and effective management to ensure sales acquisitions, delivering business growth objectives and distinctive customer experience.
As a dynamic Branch Manager you will:
- Lead your team on a day to day basis
- Develop and coach your team members
- Drive performance
- Ensure high customer satisfaction within your team
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager in success of the regional business plan
- Proactively contribute to creating a local customer owned banking experience for customers and community groups that will differentiate Beyond Bank
