The Role
Your new role objective will be to implement effective risk management activities and be key in pursuit of outcomes under the risk management framework.
You will provide value added guidance and integrated risk service and risk management advice, and co-ordinate and implement effective risk management activities under the Operational Risk Management Framework.
On a day to day basis you will be:
- Developing an end-to-end understanding of the customer online products and driving continuous improvement
- Enabling sound commercial decision-making in product management and development, projects, and business opportunities
- Ensuring the business operates within the organisational appetite for risk.
- Promoting a strong risk culture within the Line 1 Risk team, and the broader business.
- Engaging with stakeholders to manage risk.
- Using your advanced risk management skills to provide insights, identify trends and develop strategies to mitigate emerging project and business risks.
The Successful Candidate
- Operational Risk or relative experience
- Legal, risk, compliance, risk consulting or product governance role
- Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Good eye for detail
- Tenacious in your pursuit of outcomes
Salary indication - $140,000 - $160,000 inclusive of superannuation depending on level of experience
