Operations Manager

Utilise your coaching skills and lead an established and high performing team as our Operations Manager.

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership of a wide range of teams who are responsible for the processing of client funding and maintenance requests, portfolio administration and transactional activity. As a Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership of the team, building a high performance culture, as well as focusing on creating an environment where learning and career development occur continuously.

You will be responsible for ensuring manual tasks and workflow queues are managed in line with agreed services levels, handling escalations, ensuring adherence to policy and procedures, and vendor management oversight for relationships who service the operational needs.

You will also bean accountable stakeholder with regard to driving initiatives which deliver measurable tactical and strategic improvement aligned to our Personal Banking strategic objectives.

It will also be within your remit to coach, mentor and develop both Managers and Team Leaders to ensure they deliver the highest level of client service within agreed SLA targets, appropriate risk oversight of audit programs, and the adherence of policy and procedure.

To be successfully, you will have a genuine passion for people management and enjoy working within an operational environment with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality outcomes.
