As part of the expansion in our Sydney Office, we are seeking two Full time Credit Analysts with a strong focus on Customer Retention to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has excellent customer service, strong administrative and attention to detail as well as a real passion for underwriting. If you enjoy working in a changing, fast paced and growing environment this could be the next opportunity for you.

.Your key responsibilities will include (not limited to):

  • Assess and approve increase and renewal applications
  • Contact with existing customers to discuss increases or renewals on their existing loans
  • Prepare loan documentation in accordance with La Trobe Financials procedures and policies
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external customers
  • Ability to think laterally and offer solutions to lending proposals
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and professionalism is maintained at all times
  • Represent La Trobe Financial in a professional manner and demonstrate La Trobe Financials corporate values
  • Any additional tasks requested by your direct manager or executive

To be considered for the opportunity to work in a friendly environment within a supportive team you will need to demonstrate:

  • At least 2-3 years of underwriting experience in a similar role
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong administration skills and a strong eye for detail
  • Strong negotiating, decision making and relationship building skills.
  • Working in a fast paced and growing environment
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as remaining a team player
