Our Personnel & Business Banking Team is our frontline division with a focus on delivering on our customers' needs by providing quality products and excellent service. We deliver these tailored outcomes & solutions through a variety of channels including Stores, Private Banking, Contact Centre, Digital, Third parties (including Brokers) and Relationship Management across Small Business, SME Business, Corporate, Property and Specialist teams.
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven person who is looking to take the next step in their career and join our Retail Team as a Branch Manager. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about leadership and is eager to lead one of our high performing branches.
As a leader, you will be responsible for inspiring and leading a diverse team to meet every customer's banking and finance needs. Most importantly you will know and care about your team and customers, be committed to maintaining Bankwest's long standing relationship with the community.
What will you be doing...
• Champion the delivery of our unique customer experience by focusing on delivering what really matters to our retail team and customers
• Lead and inspire a team of sales colleagues and work towards Bankwest's vision of becoming the best regional Bank
• Conduct coaching and mentoring sessions with store colleagues and help drive store colleague development
• Work within your team of Store Managers to build business strategies and look for opportunities to continuously improve
• You will be responsible for the team and the Stores overall performance against KPI's and targets
