About the business and the role
Brookmost Process & Recoveries is a leader in the mercantile field services industry and are seeking to appoint two additional field agents based in Melbourne.
We are looking for professional agents who are motivated self-starters. This is a challenging and busy role where you will work as a field agent handling process serving, field calls and repossession assignments.
Our Agents have the back up and support of our office administration team who allocate work, invoice clients, prepare affidavits and assist with your reports.
Job tasks and responsibilities
If you have experience as a field agent in Repossession, Debt Collection or Process Serving than this role may suit you.
This is a challenging and busy role where you will work as a field agent handling process serving, field calls and repossession assignments.
The role requires the agent to attend various addresses, at flexible times, with the purpose of either serving legal documents and/or interviewing occupants. You may also have interview occupants to collect outstanding arrears or security.
Skills and experience
Preffered Requirements:
- Previous field agents experience (Process Serving or Repossession work highly regarded)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service background.
- Ability to prioritise and plan workload to meet deadlines
- Negotiation and problem solving skills
- Professional presentation
- Computer, internet and smartphone expertise
- Police check
