About the role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will listen to customers and find solutions to help them achieve their financial goals. You are responsible for providing effective & efficient service to branch customers in a dynamic, diverse environment. You will be a team player, focused on working collaboratively to achieve goals
This is a full time, 6-month fixed term contract based at our Wendouree Branch.
About you
A successful Customer Service Officer will:
- Bring demonstrated sales experience and experience with working towards KPIs
- Have the ability to confidently talk to customers face-to-face or over the telephone
- Thrive on and foster achieving positive results and outcomes
- Be a values driven and career orientated person
- Be team player in a dynamic branch team environment
- Bring extensive experience in a customer service environment
- Have a willingness to be actively involved in local community engagement activities that make a difference
- Experience in banking and finance industry will be advantageous, but certainly not essential for someone with a strong sales background.
