Located in our Tottenham head office managing Payroll for 100+ employees. This role sits within a team of four with dedicated responsibilities expected to support each other and assist where possible to achieve business critical finance tasks.

Primary responsibilities include:

• End to end payroll including processing and lodgement of statutory obligations
• Payroll for a variety of employment classifications (ie salary and part-time staff, casuals, shiftworkers etc)
• Payroll Processing with Reckon

Skills and Experience

• Knowledge of general payroll practices, procedures, operations and legislation
• Experience in working with multiple EBA's/awards/agreements
• Ability to work independently to solve issues
• Well-developed organisational skills, including the ability to manage conflicting priorities and achieve results under pressure
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office – particularly Excel  
• Australian Drivers Licence required
