The successful applicant
MUST HAVE
- University Degree in Business/Accounting
- Minimum 12 months experience in Public Practice
- A desire and commitment to succeed
- The ability to problem solve and use initiative to generate outcomes
- The ability to deliver results within defined time-frames
- A personality capable of commanding respect from, and interaction with clients and staff
- The ability to learn and lead within a team environment
- Strong academic performance and ongoing commitment to skills growth (incl future CPA completion)
- A focus on taxation consulting and business development using technical knowledge and system improvement skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be fluent in English
- Good working knowledge of Handisoft products.
Functions within the role include, completing annual financial accounts to review, Individual, Company and Trust Tax Returns and BAS preparation, management of client accounting software including Xero & Handisoft
