A rare opportunity exists for an Accounts Officer who has the desire to learn and progress to join our "One FKG" team. Based in Toowoomba, the successful candidate will be responsible for daily processing of accounts payable invoices, monthly creditor account reconciliations and preparation of account payments for one entity of the FKG Group. Along with various other duties, the selected candidate will show enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
To be successful, candidates will be able to demonstrate:
- 1- 3 years practical experience in a similar role or industry;
- A general understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable cycle and all related transactions;
- Excellent communication skills, to liaise regularly with operational staff and varying levels of management;
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office suite and computerised accounting software;
- Previous experience using Baseplan is advantageous;
- Time management and prioritising skills; and
- Excellent attention to detail.
