Responsibilities in this role will include:

• Assisting in Month end Procedure and reports;
• Preparation of yearend financial statements;
• Maintenance of General Ledger and posting journals;
• BAS and Payroll tax preparation and lodgement;
• Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable management;
• Bank Reconciliation;
• Balance Sheet reconciliation
• Payroll calculation and payments;
• Maintenance of financial files and records;
• Day to day management of an AP/AR assistant; and
• Providing assistance to wider BAS team on an ad hoc basis.
• Other Adhoc Duties & support to FC.

To be successful within this role you will have:

• A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role within industry.
• Tertiary degree with a minor/major in accounting;
• CA/CPA qualification studying will be advantage 
• Well-developed time management and organisational skills;
• High attention to detail;
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with our client and internal team members; and
• Proven experienced with accounting software XERO and MYOB.
