Your new company
A very commercially driven, multinational, household goods and clothing manufacturer organisation that can offer a host of career opportunities at their offices in Macquarie Park. Due a growth in business, a new permanent Group Financial Analyst is needed to join this dynamic team.
Your new role
An exceptional permanent, newly-created opportunity has become available for an ambitious Financial Analyst who is immediately available and ready for the next challenge. Based in Macquarie Park, this company is looking to hire a Group Financial Analyst to implement and develop group financial reporting, analysis and systems control. Reporting to the fantastic Group Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Co-ordinate group budgeting and forecasting process; liaise with Group CEO, CFO and business unit heads to provide commentaries
- Prepare and analyse Group results across 14 business units
- Go to person for TM1 and BI analytics
- Carry out process improvement initiatives when issues are identified through analysis
- Provide commercial business support and providing the business with key insights to enhance decision-making
- Financial modelling to steer future investment planning decisions with a view to enhancing longer term profitability and financial performance objectives
What you'll need to succeed
As an outgoing and collaborative individual, you will also be expected to engage staff across the business in order to add clarity, accountability and insight to business performance improvement initiatives. The successful candidates will have:
- Strong group reporting experience is a must with great business partnering ability with group executives.
- TM1 experience - essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Retail or FMCG industry experience favourable
- Data warehousing implementation experience preferred
