Our Client
A large organisation that specialise in distribution located in the South West of Sydney (Campbelltown surrounds). They are nationally and internationally recognised and due to growth are seeking a Credit Officer to join their Finance Team.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a large portfolio
- Reporting
- Tracing payments
- Reviewing credit limits
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Account reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing rebate and claims
- Processing of disputes, credit and debit adjustments
- Sending out customer statements and any other documentation required
- Working closely with internal departments to review accounts to ensure account are up to date, no queries pending etc
The Successful Candidate:
To be successful in this role you must have previous experience working in a similar role for at least 5 years.
You will also have the following:
- Time management skills with the ability to work at a fast pace
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Attention to detailAdvanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- A team player with a “can do “attitude
