Accounts Receivable Assistant

- Generating claims in the NDIS portal
- Assist in processing and reconciliation of NDIS claims
- Update pricing in TechOne and Carelink, as supported by management
- Set up new customers in TechOne, and upload bulk information to the portal for weekly claiming
- Prepare and maintain task workflows
- Liaise with internal and external customers in relation to customer accounts.
This position is a fixed-term, full-time position based at our Head Office in Eight Mile Plains, with car parking and salary packaging options available (to increase your take home pay). The starting rate of pay is aligned to our EBA, at $22.17 per hour (+ Super).
What you bring
We are looking for someone who has some experience in accounts receivable , but more preferable is the willingness to learn and provide high quality customer service.
- Experience in entering data with a high degree to accuracy and responsiveness
- Experience in providing administration and/or finance support
- Sound level of written and verbal communication skills
- Sound level of digital literacy and computer skills, and the ability to use programs and spreadsheets to an advance level
- Provide ability to exercise judgement and problem solving skills, whilst prioritizing a busy workload to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
