Your new company
You will be working for one of Australia's leading energy provider who are in need of an Accounts Payable Officer to on board immediately.
Your new role
You will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Timely and accurate payment of invoices
- Purchase order management and review
- Processing and verification of supplier invoices on ERP system
- Expense payment management
- Resolving supplier issues and organising credit notes
- Working closely with offshore teams to ensure payment terms are met
- Supplier Account statement reconciliations
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have worked previously in a large company or AP team, responsible for processing high volumes of invoices. you'll understand approval processes and month end deadlines. you'll enjoy working in a busy team who provide support to each other during peak workloads. As well as this you will have used multiple ERP systems and intermediate to advanced excel skills.
