The team are looking for a Finance Business Partner who can assist in growth and development of the organisation. My Client is seeking a technically strong and reliable Finance Business Partner to support an integral business unit, who will come into the role with a mindset for continuous improvement.
A true business partnering role, dealing with both financial & non-financial stakeholders, you will also be a 2IC to the Group Commercial Finance Manager, mentoring and developing the junior members of the team. Your main responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
- Business partnering with divisional heads to help them develop an accurate understanding of their numbers
- Financial modelling and analysis
- KPI analysis both financial & non-financial
- Pricing & Scenario Analysis on new product lines
- Develop & implement process improvement strategies
- Develop and implement process improvements
- Management reporting requirements
- KPI analysis and reporting
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Variance analysis and commentary
- Other ad hoc reporting requirements as needed
Key Requirements:
- CA/CPA (or equivalent) qualified;
- Big 4/mid-tier chartered background highly preferred
- 2-3 years (or more) experience in a Business Partnering role within the commercial industry
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal);
- Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment where you will be involved in various projects and initiatives outside of finance;
- Ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders;
- Analytical and attention driven mindset; and,
- Advanced Excel.
