The Role
Reporting to the Credit Services Team Leader, the Credit Controller will be responsible for the following duties:
- Managing a debtor's portfolio providing "end to end" credit expertise
- Building customer relationships ensuring successful debt collection
- Handling customer queries
- Ensuring payment terms are met
- Reconciliation of debtors statements
- Preparation of aging reports and KPI's
- Liaising with and maintaining strong relationships with sales divisions
The Successful Candidate
With end to end credit experience working within a large organisation, you will be system savvy and an ideally be a SAP (or similar) guru who will be able to hit the ground running.
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal is essential in order to successfully liaise with customers and internal stakeholders.
Medium to large corporate background will be looked upon favorably.
