Your new role
As Management Accountant, reporting to a Finance Manager, your key duties will be:
- Preparation of budgeting and forecasting, financial reports and analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide financial insights and advice to key stakeholders relating to grants and projects.
- Coordinate and review various financial activities and processes, including purchase orders.
- Contribute to a highly motivated, inquisitive and customer-focused team culture.
What you'll need to succeed
- Working in a previous Management Accountant position, or having demonstrated relevant experience around taking ownership of budgeting, forecasting and preparation of financial reports.
- Ideally you will have completed your CA/CPA qualification, or be close to completion.
- Strong Excel skills would be advantageous, including an ability to analyse and manipulate financial models.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with previous proven experience of managing stakeholder relationships with confidence.
- You will bring a naturally positive and 'can do' attitude, have exceptional attention to detail and pride in the work you produce, and always be striving to deliver the best possible service to your internal and external stakeholders.
