Looking for an experienced Accounts payable person to step in for 3 weeks while their person is on leave. This exciting company works with education, government and private small businesses. They will provide a couple of days training and do a handover so you are aware of the different coding etc.  Located in Brisbane, this organisation offers a friendly working environment and supportive team.
 
The role includes:

• Full-function Accounts Payable
• Processing invoices 
• Reconciliation of debtor accounts to ensure all payments are accurate
• Assist members of the Accounts support team as and when required
• Payroll where needed

The successful Applicant will have:

• At least 12 months experience in an AP role
• Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail, numerical skills and data entry skills
• Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Must have excellent English speaking and writing skills
• Be able to use initiative
• Willing to performing ad-hoc tasks related to AP
