FutureYou Executive Recruitment is partnering with a Mid-Tier accounting practice, based in Melbourne CBD, that is looking to add an experienced manager to its well-regarded Audit Division.
The team currently has 11 partners and is looking to continue its impressive growth over the last few years by adding people to the team that can see themselves progressing to the senior leadership level.
Description
This is an exciting opportunity for career driven professionals with a blend of technical and intangible attributes, to be part of this truly client-centric team that is growing rapidly. As a Manager within the Melbourne Audit practice you will have a wide range of responsibilities, including;
- Delivering a unique perspective and offering to clients by leveraging your own experience and the client's global best practice
- Developing a strong understanding of the diverse client portfolio that they support, with a focus on assisting in building a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
- Seek out, maintain, and bolster relationships with key client stakeholders
- Challenge the status quo by generating original thoughts and insights, and as a result, play an integral role in designing and developing solutions for their clients
Profile
- Over 5 years experience in Audit
- CA or CPA qualified
- Previous experience leading and maintaining high performing teams
- Exemplary technical Audit knowledge, complemented by a broader commercial and financial understanding
- You will have polished communications skills with an ability to influence and advise stakeholders of all levels
- Diverse industry experience and broad commercial acumen
