Our client is seeking a Senior R&D Tax Incentive Consultant to manage the eligibility assessment, preparation and submissions of R&D Tax claims. This is an expansion of their team, providing an outstanding opportunity to join a values-based team that have predominantly enjoyed their earlier careers within large consulting firms and advisory groups, culminating in their ‘high service/high touch’ philosophy. Reporting to the Manager of R&D and Grants, you will work as a senior level R&D Consultant, ideally with tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, and at least 3 years experience. This may well be from your time within a larger Big 4 consulting firm/advisory group or potentially within a multi-service or specialist boutique firm. Additional experience working with R&D or Research related software platforms would be ideal.
Key to success in this role is your balance of technical, interpersonal and analytical depth, complemented by sound experience in understanding current R&D related legislation. You have a strong desire to execute high-grade professional work product, engage and drive solutions for clients, and be a naturally positive and team based person. You have a positive and approachable manner, and can quickly build close and respected relationships with all levels internally and with clients at specialist peer levels up to senior C level related decision makers.
The office is within a professional A Grade boutique building, surrounded by a plethora of retail service providers that cater for your needs within a “Leafy Green” Commercial Village in the mid zone Eastern Suburbs, with the train only 250m away and bus networks travelling through this locale.
