Your new company
Your new organisation is a well-established supply and distribution organisation based in the Fairfield region. They are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside an excellent finance team.
Your new role
Your new role will require you to process the full function of Accounts Payable in a very high volume and busy environment. Your duties will involve matching, batching and coding on invoices, resolving discrepancies, answering queries, making weekly payment runs, bank and credit card reconciliations and as hoc accounting and administration duties.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role you must have experience processing full function AP in a high volume capacity, using a large ERP system. You must have clear and concise communication skills as you will be liaising with several suppliers. You must be immediately available to interview and commence this role.
