Your new company
This company is increasing market share significantly through their product offering, service delivery and their commitment to the provision of a world-class experience. Due to an increase in demand for their services they are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their team.
Your new role
As Management Accountant, you will be responsible for providing reliable, timely and accurate financial and management reporting including variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting and month end processes. You will be an integral part of the leadership team; providing valuable insights on direction of all aspects of financial performance and management. Constant review and improvement of the Company’s systems and operational reporting will be a core duty in order to facilitate driving business and ensuring timeliness and compliance.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will be CA or CPA qualified and have worked within a larger organisational structure previously. You will have a demonstrated ability to manage and mentor at an operational level and drive efficiency. You will be technically sound and have proven skill in reporting, budgeting and forecasting for complex business units. Exceptional interpersonal skill and the ability to adapt and be flexible in a rapidly changing environment is essential. Experience with Technology One will be seen as advantageous.
