McColl's Transport is Australia's largest dairy, food grade, consumer and industrial chemicals transport carrier.
We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Finance Manager to join our team based in our Head Office in Geelong.
The role will entail but is not limited to:
- Supporting the CFO in the daily functioning of the Finance Team
- Driving financial and management reporting
- Analysing data and providing advice to enable the business units to make informed decisions
- Establishing a strong rapport and working relationships across the business with internal and external stakeholders
- Supervision of a small experienced team in a growing business
To be successful in this dynamic role you will have:
- A track record of 10 years’ experience in financial and management accounting
- CA/CPA qualified
- Demonstrated proven people management skills
- A problem solving and continuous improvement mindset
