An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Accounts Payable & Administration Specialist to join a leading digital technology company based in North Ryde. The role can be undertaken either full-time or part-time.

Dental Axess is a global company providing the Australian & New Zealand, European and North American markets with a wide range of high technology dental solutions. Based in North Ryde, we are an independent distributor and integrator of high technology dental solutions and dental lasers. With offices in Australia, Switzerland and Canada we offer technical support for a portfolio of leading international CAD/CAM platforms to dental laboratories, clinics and manufacturers.
The Role
The role reports to the Financial Controller and involves a mixture of financial accounting duties. We are seeking someone who:
- is technically strong, reliable and who will come into the role with a mindset for continuous improvement;
- will focus on accounts payable, software licensing, bank reconciliations & internal controls, product pricing analysis, debtors control (review), foreign currency payments, and a variety of finance improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the accounts payable function including streamlining current processes, enhancing internal controls and ensuring timely & accurate payables account reconciliations
- Cash flow management and day to day management of receivables & bank reconciliations
- Manage the monthly generation & distribution of software license renewals
- Provide operational & admin support for customer orders, fulfilment & dispatch
Your Profile
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Navision (NAV) will be highly regarded
- Accounting or similar qualification preferred but not essential
- Strong IT skills with emphasis on Microsoft office (Excel mainly)
- Clear, concise and confident communication skills.
- 3+ years’ experience preferred
