The Opportunity
As part of the Corporate finance team, the successful applicant will work across all areas of the business and gain a detailed understanding of how a large and complex business works from the top down. Offering direct exposure to the Executive leadership team including the CFO, this role will partner with multiple stakeholders.
The key tasks aligned to this role will include:
- Maintain & update the corporate financial model for the group
- Prepare Scenario based analysis to senior leaders
- Provide commercial decision support on high value projects
- Participate in the Annual Budgeting program for the group including preparation of Forecasts
- Work with the strategy and Treasury team to work coordinate Cashflow and Funding activities for the group.
The Successful Applicant
- Hold a professional accounting qualification
- Will have a strong system skills and extensive experience developing and maintaining complex financial models.
- Has held similar positions within a Corporate or Group Finance function or alternatively, comes from a Big 4 or mid tier chartered firm.
- Interpersonally, the successful applicant will be a technically minded, and detail focused individual. Inquisitive by nature, this person will challenge the status quo and enjoy working with high calibre peers.
