Our Perth team is working with a Western Australian retailer who are looking to recruit an Assistant Accountant on an initial 6 month contract.
Client Details
Our client is a locally based retail company with distributing channels internationally. The business has seen steady growth over the last 10 years and are looking at strategically expanding on their operations in the near future.
Description
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable
- General month-end duties
- Credit card and bank reconciliations
- Payroll, petty cash management and term deposit management
- Assist with end of year reporting, BAS/IAS, payroll tax and superannuation
- Assist with the end of year audit
- General assistance with accounting duties
- Experience with foreign currency
Profile
To be considered for this position you will have availability to start in 2-3 weeks and meet the listed criteria above. Experience with Quickbooks will be highly regarded.
