Are you a Senior Financial Accountant specialising in Corporate Tax, looking to make the next step in your career?  Our client is a large, privately owned, diversified property group, experiencing continued growth and success.  The mid-size team is now expanding to accommodate this growth and to bring specialist knowledge into the organisation.

Reporting directly to the Corporate Accounting Manager you will be responsible for the below:

• GST, Tax and FBT compliance 
• General Ledger maintenance and reconciliation 
• Managing lodgement deadlines, and organising and maintaining records of tax payments.
• Extracting financial information to prepare and lodge BAS and FBT returns
• Balance Sheet Reconciliation preparation and follow up 
• Assist members of the team and the greater organisation with all tax enquiries
• Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned 

To be successful you will be commercially minded, highly organised and agile, with the ability to work effectively, autonomously and as part of a team. You must be fully qualified (CPA/CA), and be confident to take a lead on filing GST & FBT.  Previous experience within a chartered firm will be considered advantageous.  You will have strong Excel and be very capable on ERP accounting systems.
