The Group
Newly created role based on growth working for an employer of choice in the property development and construction space.
 
The Role 
Reporting into the Head of Finance with a dotted line into IT, you will be an Oracle systems expert who is responsible for:

• Provide technical system support and guidance to members of the Finance team and the business on Oracle on Cloud and EPBCS and other financial platforms, resolve issues in house and/or in conjunction with external vendors to ensure user/system issues are resolved in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor data integration between systems and troubleshoot anomalies, coordinate system implementations, manage enhancements and updates and manage testing after each patch release of the cloud project to ensure high levels of system performance.
• Configure the financial system and design, develop and implement reporting functionality and system improvements in consultation with finance to ensure reporting outcomes align to business needs and to drive continuous improvement and support streamlined business processes.
• Lead the establishment, implementation and continual review of system governance such as creation and maintenance of any segment of Chart of Account, Delegation of Authority matrix etc to assure ongoing system availability, integrity and performance.
• Assist in the maintenance of interfaces to/from other applications of financial systems to ensure effective integration with current systems.

The Person  
You will be CA/CPA qualified and have a minimum of 3-5 years experience working in an Oracle systems role.  Strong stakeholder and communication experience will ensure your success in this role.
