We are seeking an experienced permanent bookkeeper for an immediate start to assist in managing day-to-day accounting for a growing business which provides an innovative marketing and event management service with an office located in the charming surrounds of the Bakehouse Quarter, North Strathfield.
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:
- Data entry and bank feed maintenance
- Bank reconciliations
- Payroll
- Maintain receivable and payables ledger
- Managing all accounts related equiries
- Work with the external accountants as part of a co-ordinated and supportive team in relation to quarterly reporting
The successful applicant will have the following skills:
- Highly proficient in Xero
- Minimum 3 years experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ideal for the candidate with a passion for Accounting
