A newly available permanent role, working with a coveted organisation in the Port Melbourne area.

This role is an end to end Accounts Payable position. You will be part of a wider, established Accounts Payable team, who work well together and have fun along the way.

You will be responsible for:

• processing  invoices
• making payment runs
• reconciliations
• liaising with team members for any issues

A large part of this role will entail speaking with a wide variety of personalities, both via email and over the phone.

We are seeking someone adaptable, with a high level of attention to detail, fantastic data entry skills and the ability to build rapport with people quickly, to deal with their enquiries efficiently.
