Reputable services business has a need for an experienced self-starter / driven collections Officer to join their accounts team on a short term temporary basis at their Rhodes location.
The Responsibilities:
Reporting directly into the Accounts Manager your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

Reputable services business has a need for an experienced self-starter / driven collections Officer to join their accounts team on a short term temporary basis at their Rhodes location.
The Responsibilities:
Reporting directly into the Accounts Manager your daily duties will include but not be limited to:
- High volume inbound and outbound collection calls – up to 60 per day (phone calls and emails)
- Processing and raising of invoices
- Collection of overdue accounts
- Customer service, investigations and dispute resolution
- Update customer accounts
- Must have proven and previous experience in a high volume call centre / customer service / collection
- Must be able to multi task, take control and ownership of accounts
- Success in reducing outstanding debts and DSO
- High attention to detail, excellent time management skills and a proactive approach to customers
