We are a privately owned Health & Wellbeing business operating across Victoria.
You will be reporting to Finance and will perform the following tasks:
- Efficiently process payroll as per company policies.
- Calculation of termination payments, redundancies, bonuses, salary sacrificing.
- Liaise with other stakeholders to ensure timely process of payroll and maintenance of Time & Attendance system.
- Providing any relevant information as per Award.
- Ad-Hoc HR duties as and when required
We are seeking a Payroll professional who has many years of payroll experience, preferably working in autonomous roles. You will need to have excellent communication and customer service skills. It would be beneficial if you have previous exposure to EBA's and time capture software.
