Are you prepared to learn all aspects of the business and prepared to do any tasks (including basic admin) to get the experience to take on more responsibility as the business grows and expands?
In particular you will be required initially to:
Operations Assistance
- Assisting Operations co-ordinators where required with preparation of site specific reports
- Prepare spreadsheets and data entry
- Assist with the operational efficiency of the organisation
- Liaise with clients
- Liaise with subcontractors
- Assist with timesheets management
Accounts Administration
- Some experience in use of accounting packages, preferably MYOB
- Daily invoicing
- Accounts administration support
- High attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills
General Administration:
- General data entry
- Maintaining filing system and archives
- Knowledge and experience in the Civil Industry is preferred but not essential
- Experienced in Microsoft Word
- Advanced Excel skills

- Degree qualified as a minimum - do not apply if you do not have a degree
- Fast learner
- A polite and pleasant manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Energetic and able to cope in fast paced environment
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
