This role would suit someone with excellent organisation and communication skills, who enjoys variety in their work day.

The successful applicant should have great computer skills and experience in operating all Microsoft software (Excel, Word & Outlook) with good Accounting knowledge. 

Current Driver’s License & Own car is essential, as we are located in Sydney Eastern Suburbs (Matraville).

Job tasks and responsibilities:

  • Reception i.e greeting clients, answering enquiries, email communications & taking and booking appointments,
  • Accounts payable/receivable and Invoicing – Excel, Word & Outlook,
  • Resolve problems with customers to ensure the smooth operation of the business,
  • Assisting the operations team in basic administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping and invoicing,
  • Assist the Accounts Manager in creating reports and tracking performance,
  • General office administration

Skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in an Accounts role and ideally as an Office All-rounder,
  • Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal),
  • Proficient in using Microsoft suite (Excel, Word & Outlook),
  • High attention to detail and accuracy,
  • Ability to work unsupervised and remain on task,
  • Willing to help out where needed and learn new tasks,
  • You will be reliable, flexible and have a 'can do attitude’,
  • A professional & friendly approach to customer service,
  • Ability to organize and plan independently,
  • Some knowledge of graphic design software EG: Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator, is preferred but not essential, as training would be provided,
