Your role will be busy and varied from day to day, some daily duties include but will not be limited to:

  • Answering of a multiline telephone system
  • Data entry - MYOB & Xero 
  • Multiple company file data entry
  • Mail distribution
  • Reconciling 
  • Dealing with Debtors & Creditors
  • Reporting 
  • Insurance policies
  • Filing server & onsite  
  • Maintain a professional front of house
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Perform all general administration duties
     

The successful candidate will need to possess the following attributes:

  • Able to work effectively as part of a team and autonomously
  • Ability to multitask
  • Possess enthusiasm and energy to learn
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Experience in MYOB and or Xero

This is a full-time position with an immediate start.
