Your role will be busy and varied from day to day, some daily duties include but will not be limited to:
- Answering of a multiline telephone system
- Data entry - MYOB & Xero
- Multiple company file data entry
- Mail distribution
- Reconciling
- Dealing with Debtors & Creditors
- Reporting
- Insurance policies
- Filing server & onsite
- Maintain a professional front of house
- Meet and greet visitors
- Perform all general administration duties
The successful candidate will need to possess the following attributes:
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and autonomously
- Ability to multitask
- Possess enthusiasm and energy to learn
- Professional telephone manner
- Experience in MYOB and or Xero
This is a full-time position with an immediate start.
