Our Construction/Property client in the West have the requirement for an experienced Finance Manager to join their team.

The role will entail, but won't be limited to;

* Department Leadership - you will be managing a team consisting of AP, AR, AA & Administration 

* Financial Management - you will be looking after taxation, cash flow, reporting, BAS returns, budgeting & forecasting, Auditing, ATO reporting

* Operational Management - overseeing all policies & procedures, HR duties including Work Cover, inductions & contracts

You will;

* Have a solid Finance & Leadership background, ideally from the Construction industry.
* Ideally have experience using Databuild
* Hold an accounting qualification 
* Approach your work with a strong sense of Customer Service
* Have first class communication skills
