I am currently recruiting for a hands-on Senior Finance Manager who will have the potential to become a key member of the business.
Description
- Preparation of management reports including budgets and forecasts
- Support Financial Controller in the analysis of budgets and commentary for stakeholders
- Cash flow reporting and preparation of bank reconciliations
- Oversee all financial accounting activities as well as supervising accounts payable and receivables
- Active participating in effecting the company’s compliance with financial, taxation and statutory requirements
- Perform month-end balance sheet reconciliation including inventory and sales orders
- Undertaking special projects in the development and optimization of documentation and process improvement
- Liaise with the external auditors, overseeing the year-end financial statement audit
- Lead month-end close process, including preparation and review of management reports
- Assisting with Company Secretarial duties
Profile
- Tertiary qualification in finance, accounting or commerce
- CA/CPA qualified and looking to take the next step into a broader and more senior position
- Strong technical accounting skills, ideally trained in Chartered
- Hands-on approach and stepping in to take over responsibilities where necessary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to communicate with and influence all level of stakeholders
- Experience in reporting to a board on the financial activities and position of the business
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- A demonstrated track record of meetings critical task milestones
