GenesisCare are are looking to hire an experienced Payroll Manager in a permanent leadership role. GenesisCare is a fast paced dynamic organisation that is currently disrupting the healthcare industry. We are looking for a confident communicator who has relationship building skills, the role will manage a small team of payroll officers and sit within the wider HR function.

Key duties / responsibilities of this position

• Manage all Payroll Processing for a 2500 employee company, split between fortnightly and 2 monthly pay cycles.
• Maintain Payroll Systems’ integrity
• Work with Finance to ensure all month end and payroll reconciliations are accurate and completed on time.
• Prepare all Statutory Reporting requirements
• Ownership of reviewing and investigating of any errors or potential errors in relations to wages, payroll operations, superannuation, terminations and any other payroll related queries.
• Work closely with the HR department
• Ability to work in a high paced, agile environment with a growing workforce.

Required skills, qualifications and experience

• Current Chris21 experience – end to end processing and System management
• ADP GlobalView experience desirable
• WorkForce Management Solution – Riteq, KRONOS or similar solution
• Experience with WorkDay or other large HRIS
• Award interpretation
• Prior experience managing a small team
• State Payroll Tax
• Novated Lease management
• Superannuation management
• Great communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Process improvements
• Intermediate to Advance Excel skills (essential)
• Previous payroll implementation experience will be highly regarded
