My Client, based in North Sydney close to public transport, requires an Accounts Payable Clerk to cover for 2-3 weeks

Duties include:

• Day-to-day Accounts Payable processing and data entry of supplier invoices and staff expense claims
• Ensure accurate entry of GST with all account payable entries
• Reconciliation of supplier accounts and resolution of any account issues
• Ensure timely response to all supplier enquiries and that a customer focused approach is maintained at all times
• Ensure accurate digitisation of all accounts payable documents

The ideal candidate:

• 1+ years' experience in an accounts environment
• Exposure to high volume processing environment
• Customer service focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to see tasks through to conclusion
• Maintain good internal working relationship with other staff members and provide support when needed
• Exercise a high degree of accuracy, consistency and self-motivation
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
• Ability to maintain confidentiality required by the position at all times
• Demonstrate organisational and time management expertise
• Demonstrate service oriented approach, enthusiastic, motivated, positive attitude, good initiative and a self-starter
• Analytical skills, critical analysis, and lateral thinker
